For designer cake orders, people usually order 2 weeks to a month in advance. We recommend giving us at the very least 1 week’s time, but if you have less than that, let us know and we’ll see how we can help!
Standard cake orders usually require a much shorter turn-around time (eg, 2 days). We can even do same-day deliveries*!

Our cakes are 50% lower in sugar than regular customized cakes. They may contain traces of nuts, peanuts coming from our ingredients' factories... We use Halal certified ingredients but not Halal Certified yet.. The Belgian chocolate and Kit Kat cakes are not vegan friendly...

It is best to place the cake into the fridge upon arrival of delivery, you can take it out 30 mins before celebration so the cake tastes moist! Cake will be good for 2-3 days in refrigeration after delivery.
Your cake will arrive in one of our cake boxes, their sizes vary. The cake boxes are measured in inches : Width x Depth x Height. Photo cakes boxes: * 6” inches: 8 x 8 x 6 * 8” inches: 10 x 10 x 6 * 10” inches: 12 x 12 x 8
