As long as we have not started any preparation on your order (1 week or more to delivery date) - We'll refund 100% store credits with no expiry OR can do a 90% cash refund (the 10% is charged on our merchant's end)
If we have started some preparation (3 days - 1 week to delivery date) - We'll refund 70% store credits with no expiry.
If we are already in progress for your cake ( 3 days or less) - Our policy says 100% cancellation charge // no refund, but we'll do our best to help you given whatever situation, as we know it's likely due to unforeseen circumstances.

For designer cake orders, people usually order 2 weeks to a month in advance. We recommend giving us at the very least 1 week’s time, but if you have less than that, let us know and we’ll see how we can help!

• Available in one size only - 4" diameter mini cake, ~3 inch tall (serves 3-4pax). Size up option is not available.
• Please indicate your preferred “Message”, it will be written on the cake board.

• Our bakes are made by hand - do expect slight variation to the actual product delivered. Variation may especially occur when cake in sample image provided is of a different size or tier.
What’s Included?
This cake comes with a disposable knife and 1 long gold candle.
Flexible Delivery: We will come between 9 AM to 6:30 PM.
Regular Delivery: Pick amongst the three time slots on checkout. Each slot is a 4-hour range.
9 AM to 1 PM
12 PM to 4 PM
3 PM to 6:30 PM
Specific Delivery: Select a 1-hour delivery range between 9 AM to 6 PM, with an additional $35 on checkout.
Self-collection at our location (9am - 5pm, Daily) is also an option: Level 1 Reception, 218 Pandan Loop, Xpace, Singapore 128408
