Hi, I’m Mayee, the founder of Bob the Baker Boy – a beloved cake shop in Singapore best known for our customised cakes that bring joy to every celebration.
My journey began not in a kitchen, but in a lecture hall at NTU where I studied Accounting. Despite the academic path, I spent countless weekends flipping through my mum’s old recipe books and experimenting with bakes using a decade-old oven. What started as a hobby became a passion, and eventually a calling I couldn’t ignore. With the unwavering support of my family, I left the corporate route and trained from scratch as a baking apprentice.
Today, Bob the Baker Boy has grown into a team of over 40 bakers and creatives, all working toward one sweet mission: to Bake a Million People Happy. From birthday cakes and wedding cakes to baby shower cakes, money pulling cakes and corporate cakes, our creations are crafted with heart, quality, and creativity.

Are Bob the Baker Boy's products nut-free?
Unfortunately, it does seem like some of our ingredients do come from factories that also contain or prepares nuts, hence there might be a chance of cross contamination.
Therefore, we do not recommend the having our bakes if an allergic reaction may be caused, for the consumer's safety.
We hope that this helps and deeply apologise for any trouble caused.
