Here at Bob the Baker Boy, we churn out fresh mini dessert tarts daily. These bite-sized morsels of deliciousness come in at least four different flavours every quarter.

Some of the popular flavours we’ve experimented range from the 55% Dark Chocolate Tarts made with velvety smooth chocolate ganache, all the way to zesty lemon curd, made only with the freshest egg yolks. Mini fruit tarts? We experiment with a wide variety of flavour combinations every quarter, and fresh fruit tarts are definitely a must!

Now, no need to turn on your stand mixer, wash your tart pan and gather a tart recipe. Leave your store-bought vanilla extract and preheated oven for your pie crusts and muffin cups, for we have figured out the perfect tart flavour for you!
